The
2010 International Convention will be held in India, based
in New Delhi. The programme will commence on the evening of
Monday 25th October and terminate with the Convention Dinner
on the evening of Friday 29th October.
New Delhi is the capital of India, within the sprawling metropolis
of Delhi in the province of Punjab, on the River Yamuna.
